The coffee was hot but not too hot that you couldn’t drink it. The hot chocolate was perfect temperature too. The strawberry sprinkle donuts were fresh but my favorite was the turkey sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an english muffin- delicious and filling!

Poor selection. Poor quality (old donuts) . The cashier was nice but didn’t understand what we wanted. Sign of the times. With the socialist programs in place, employees don’t last more than a month so it is difficult to get anyone trained.

First time for me here. My wife brought me something called “SnakinBacon” I heard some hearsay and conjuncture about they’ve been putting frozen donuts and Radio Waving aka Microwave. I can’t tell the difference, thier breakfast food items have the upper hand! I love a freshly fried instead of freshly frozen. Dunkin donuts is fantastic. It was clean also.

The service here is good, but there are a couple of things about this one that make it not my favorite Dunkin’. 1) It would be nice if there was a digital screen on the drive thru board that showed your order and 2) In terms of leaving, sometimes when 87th is busy it is hard to make it if you need to get in the left turning lane to go north on Quivera.

Always have a great experience when I go there. Love their sprinkle donuts and their lattes. It’s always a treat to there. The donuts are always fresh and delicious!! The employees are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend coming to this location and getting a donut.

I was bummed. I went through the drive thru yesterday. They were out of a lot of varieties. No maple, no blueberry etc. I settled on my other choice and got my order quickly and efficiently but my disappointment was that my donuts were all dry. It was like they had been sitting around a long time. Stale tasting. I probably won’t go back.

This is ridiculous I go here nearly every day during the week and the week day staff is awesome! This Saturday shift it seems like they only care about walk in customers they aren’t even pulling the drive through forward they are ignoring it completely. I tried to walk in grab order and they ignored me. So dissatisfied! If I hadn’t pre paid in the app I would have left.

I have never been treated this rudely for asking a question, this morning I am about sevty five percent sure I order a ice latte, but I got ice coffee instead. I will take full responsibility for my own bone headed ways, But when I asked the attendee about I was yelled at and had the recite shoved in my face.

Food here is pretty decent , but the service is just not good. Made an online order for pickup on the app which is supposedly supposed to make things easier/quicker. When I got there I went through drive through like the app said , and they said they had my order. When I got to the window though they acted confused, and didnt know what order was mine. I then had to wait up front for my order. When I got my bag I had ordered 2 orders of Hashbrowns plus 2 sandwiches . I looked in my bag and only saw one order of hashbrowns. So i told the people that i only had one of the two. So I waited around 5-10 minutes and they came outside again and told me they had put both orders of hashbrown into one baggy. Like what place does that? Also one hashbrown order is 6 tiny hashbrowns. What a joke lol.
Came here a second time and the people didnt know what a matcha latte was from a normal latte. We also asked for almond milk because of lactose intolerance and they used whole milk. Drinks had to be remade twice .

Coffee is very inconsistent here. Been here two times in the past two weeks and my drinks did not taste like they should. The first time I had to waste my time going back after I had already arrived at home. Today my drink didn’t taste right again. I just ended up dumping it down the sink. Didn’t want to waste my time again going there. And this’ll be my last time going to this location. Don’t know what is so hard about making a simple iced coffee with cream, sugar and french vanilla. I can go to any other chain and order any drink and they’d be able to make it the same every time. Don’t go here if you’re expecting good coffee.
