This Dunkin’ Donuts is in a rest stop on the Florida Turnpike. You aren’t supposed to order at the counter any more, but their kiosks work very poorly, if at all. I wanted a latte but the 2 working kiosks both said a latte couldn’t be purchased. A gentleman at the counter said it was no problem with a woman rudely telling me that I should be using the kiosk! I finally got my drink, but the whole experience was a poor one.

Worst unorganized one I’ve been in. May have been understaffed to handle a rush. Employees rude to customers, long wait for orders, orders not correct.
My sandwich came up in 10 minutes, black coffee 30 minutes later. I asked about it and was told they will call you when it’s ready. Ordered large, received medium.
1. Positive, cook was on top of it.
2. Supervisor oblivious to what was happening. Stayed on register and pushed orders versus controlling flow.
3. Server arguing and making snide comments to customers. I.e. “Your just going to have to wait like everyone else!”
4. Drinks in the window, not knowing what order it went to.
5. All customers frustrated, rightfully so. Several left without their complete order, after waiting 20 to 40 minutes.
6. I saw two who ordered when I did, order black coffee. Did not get their order and just left.
Very bad for franchise and company.

Very disorganized, slow and messed up my order, drink had to be made 3x. Online and kiosk orders crushing them. Not very well thought out!!! Don’t accept Dunkin Credit to boot. I only gave 2 stars because I felt bad the system is poorly designed yet I have a feeling as a franchise, some of it is self inflicted!

Poor quality food preparation at this location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was served to me after 2 mins and was cold to the touch. The second bite was as cold as a refrigerator.

The staff turns away customers by saying that the food will take an extremely long time. 10-15 minutes for a single sandwich sounds like a lie to me.

Asked for half a cup of hot water to heat up a baby bottle, and was charged $2.58. And the hot water wasn’t even clean. Hopefully thats not the water they use to make their coffee.

Just wanted to get an ice tea. Would not accept my cash. Told me to go over to the kiosk and pay with a card. No exceptions.

As the only place that was actually open around midnight, I rate this five stars. The employee was also polite. Also it is posted on their registers that they can’t take coupons or anything, so I don’t understand why people were complaining.
