Awesome ice cream cakes! Sometimes I pick from the freezer since the decorating is always great. But I always get more than expected when I do a special order. Tasty and Gorgeous. Also, has Duncan Donuts in the same shop. Double win

Went in for ice cream left without. Almost all the flavours had chocolate. Asked for a mango smoothie eventually. Out of that too. Keep up!! You need to fill in the blanks spaces. How many flavours did you say you have? Work on making it better. Customers shouldn’t leave without something.

I really needed an ice cream cake and was behind on making an order. Manager was so nice and helpful trying to find something they already had that would work. They didn’t have the baker on site to write happy birthday on the cake – which isn’t their fault it’s mine for bad planning! – but he still threw in some happy birthday candles for free to help me out. Great service!

I go 2 this place as regularly as I can but this time, dayam! I know y’all we’re busy but geez.. y’all looked at me then went on y’alls way and I stood there 4 at least 5-7mins waitin 2 b asked if y’all could help me. After a girl came n 2 say that she had put n an application, 1 min after her…Y’ALL FINALLY ASKED ME IF I HAD BEEN HELPED. I FINALLY HAD ENUFF AND SAID “I’VE BEEN WAITIN 2 B HELPED 4 AWHILE NOW” then I just left the store.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK 2 THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!!

The service was horrible. The employees all stared at me and avoided serving me for at least 10 minutes! There was no line and I had to say something for then to come to the ice cream side.

they have a pathetic kind of inventory . No flavours , cakes . always out of stock .

Out of almost all the flavors and cones. Poor girl had to tell me “I’m so sorry ma’am, we don’t have that one either” about five times. It not her fault management didn’t order the correct inventory, and has to deal with the upset customers all night long. terrible way to treat your employees…. Never fear friends. Braum’s will be here soon.

Horrible service tonight, complete joke. Wanted to order a shake, a double scoop waffle cone, and a banana split. Was told there were no bananas but that they could do it without them. So we said okay and ordered it. Got to the window and the lady acts like she has absolutely no idea what our order was, hands us the shake, and a little tub of ice cream. We told her this was supposed to be in a waffle cone, she responded with “well I can give you a cone..” we asked her to please put it in a waffle cone for us, and it was only one scoop. Our banana split was apparently not on our order anymore for some reason, so they had us pull around the front, where we had to give her our card and pay AGAIN while they get us the rest, and when we receive it, low and behold, there were bananas in it. Probably won’t be returning after that sh**show

Donuts at 6 pm on a Sunday you’d think would be stale right? Nope not here! I love that I was able to get ice cream and kids got donuts. I got two heaping scoops of cookies and cream on a waffle cone. Everything was great!!
